A claims portal that cut processing time from 9 days to 2

The challenge

Claims arrived as email attachments in a dozen formats. Reviewers spent most of their day retyping data before they could assess anything.

What we built

A Laravel portal handles intake and validation, an extraction service reads structured fields from uploaded documents, and anything below a confidence threshold routes to a human queue with the source document beside it.

The outcome

Average turnaround dropped from nine days to two. Reviewers handle three times the volume and now spend their time on judgement calls rather than data entry.
